Attorney David Bardi was born in Florence on March 6, 1981.
He earned two degrees from the University of Florence Law School:
In June 2010, he obtained a degree in Legal Sciences with a thesis on Family and Succession Law titled “The Refusal of Joint Purchase in the Marital Context.”
In July 2013, he obtained a Law degree with a thesis on Forensic Medicine and Insurance Law titled “Minor Permanent Impairments and the Reform of Article 139 of the Insurance Code: Legal and Medico-Legal Aspects,” supervised by Prof. Gian Aristide Norelli, Head of Forensic Medicine at Careggi Hospital in Florence.
Starting in 2010, he began working with the Borselli – Pallini Law Firm, gaining expertise in the areas of separation and divorce; claims arising from vehicle and watercraft accidents; the protection and compensation of claims related to medical liability; debt recovery for credit institutions, securitization companies, small business owners, and private individuals; as well as tenancy law and labor law.
Since September 2013, he has been registered in the trainee lawyers’ roll of the Florence Bar Association.
Since January 2014, he has held authorization for provisional legal representation (limited right of audience).
Since September 2018, he has been qualified to practice as a lawyer.
Over the years, he has gained experience and expertise in the fields of real estate and art transactions, as well as in providing legal assistance to professional footballers.
